How do we quote and work?
We start with a visit to your yard. We look at the soil, drainage, light and slopes, and we ask what you want to do with the space. Then we put the scope in a written quote, so you can see what is included and compare it with other bids.
We explain our work in plain terms and tell you when something is not needed. If a job may need a permit or HOA approval, we say so up front. Before any digging, Virginia 811 is called so buried utilities are marked. When the job is done, we clean up and go over care with you.
